Key Colony Beach, Near Marathon Airport Florida Keys: Florida Keys Home Inspection 305-395-0814

Florida Keys Home Inspection 305-395-0814

The home buying inspection process is  scheduled right after the contract is signed by all parties. The normal time frame for inspections in a regular sale transaction is 5,7,10 days after an executed contract.  Make sure when negotiating the contract you give yourself  enough time to do these inspections since they are very important when buying a house/condo.

Make sure that utilities are on since you will need to run the water and electric to check several components in the property. Usually it takes between 2-4 hours to do an inspection depending on how large the property is and how many problems that are encountered through out the inspection.

I recommend the buyer(s) showing up for the inspection since you are responsible for payment, and the inspector will go over the report with you in detail. While you are present, you get a better understanding if you are able to look at what is wrong on the report. For more questions on a Buyers Home inspection  or a list of inspectors, call Lela Ashkarian, 305-395-0814 or shoot me an email

If you hare planning to sell your home, I highly recommend to have a pre-listing inspection
